This notice explains what we do with the information you give us. It's written in plain English on purpose.
01
Who we are
Eminence Business Solutions Limited is the data controller for the information you send us through this website. We're registered in England & Wales, company no. 17245753. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

02
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, the services you're interested in, your approximate monthly card takings if you choose to tell us, and anything you write in the message box.
We also receive whatever you choose to send us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email — for example a photo of a card machine statement or a utility bill.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site sets no non-essential cookies.
03
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to understand what your business needs, and to arrange quotes from the providers we work with.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have made, and in some cases taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
05
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as we need to support you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
06
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to us using it, and ask for it in a portable format.
To do any of that, email info@eminencebusinesssolutions.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
07
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first and we'll try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
08
Security
Enquiries submitted through this site are sent to us by email over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
